By accessing or using EOS Wallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

EOS Wallet is a digital wallet application that allows users to:

  • Store, send, and receive EOS tokens and other supported cryptocurrencies
  • Interact with decentralized applications (DApps) on the EOS blockchain
  • Manage multiple wallet addresses and accounts
  • Access portfolio tracking and analytics tools
  • Participate in staking and DeFi protocols

Our service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its availability, functionality, or security. Please note that DeFi functions are provided by third-party platforms, and EOS Wallet does not assume responsibility for their security, reliability, or long-term viability.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of EOS Wallet, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your private keys and recovery phrases
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all transaction information before confirmation
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Not using the service for illegal activities or money laundering
  • Keeping your account information up to date and accurate
  • Reporting any security breaches or suspicious activities immediately

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and that we cannot recover lost funds due to user error.

By using the service, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement and are legally permitted to use such technology in your jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use EOS Wallet for any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation
  • Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers connected to the service
  • Using the service to store or transmit illegal content

Additionally, you may not use EOS Wallet in jurisdictions that are subject to economic sanctions or where cryptocurrency usage is prohibited by law.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide information at your own risk.

Private keys are stored only locally on the user’s device and are never transmitted to our servers or any third parties. We may collect and use anonymized usage data to improve our services and for analytical purposes.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The EOS Wallet service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without our prior written consent.

Private keys are stored only locally on the user’s device and are never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

EOS Wallet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

  • The operation or availability of the service
  • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information
  • The security of the service or protection against unauthorized access
  • The value or stability of any cryptocurrencies

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EOS Wallet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights
  • Any claim that your use of the service caused damage to a third party

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. However, you will retain access to your cryptocurrency assets through your private keys.

All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization].
